Educational Qualifications:
- ITI (National Trade certificate/National Apprenticeship certificate) in Electrician (OR) Wireman (OR) Electrical Trade under Centre of Excellence Scheme.
- Knowledge in Tamil – Candidates should possess an adequate knowledge of the official language of the State.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age Limit – 18 Years
- Maximum Age Limit for SC, SC(A), ST, Destitute widows, Ex-Servicemen & Differently abled persons of all castes – 35 Years
- Maximum Age Limit for MBC/ DC/ BCO/ BCM – 32 Years
- Maximum Age Limit for Others – 30 Years
Salary:
Level 2 of workmen pay matrix (i.e., Rs. 18,800 – 59,900)
Selection Process:
- Physical Test
- Written Examination
