Punjab allows opening of higher education institutes from September 21

The Punjab authorities on Saturday allowed the opening of higher education establishments for Ph.D students and postgraduate college students of technical {and professional} programmes requiring laboratories and experimental works from September 21.

However, colleges, faculties and training centres will proceed to stay closed.
