Persons who successfully complete this course will be posted at these Sub CHO/MLHP to lead a primary health care team consisting of front line workers such as the female health workers (FHW), male health worker (MPW), and ASHAs.

The persons must have to be registered with Uttarakhand Nursing Council (UNC), if they get selected and opt to pursue the course. Age limit: Up to 35 years as on 01 October 2020.
